WHAT IS EOS®?
The Entrepreneurial Operating System® is a unique approach to accelerating entrepreneurial business growth because it is easy to understand and implement, and holistically addresses all elements of business rather than applying spot-treatments at random.
To first get your leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it is going to get there.
Helping your leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing consistently to do things well, and achieve every piece of your vision.
Helping your leaders to become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team, because leaders often don’t function well together as a team.
The EOS Model™ provides a visual illustration of the Six Key Components of any business that must be managed and strengthened to be a great business. This model applies to big and small businesses alike, in any industry.
The EOS Process™ provides a proven way to put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the EOS Tools in the right order to best strengthen each key component of your business.
The EOS Toolbox™ , giving good advice can be helpful, but giving business leaders and managers simple and proven tools provides them with everything they need to build and run a great business. The EOS Toolbox™ contains a complete set of simple tools you can use to strengthen each component of your business.
Getting everyone in the entire organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going & how you’re going to get there.
We can’t do it without great people. This means surrounding yourself with great people, top to bottom, because you can’t achieve a great vision without great people.
Cut through all the feelings, personalities, opinions & egos. Boiling down to a handful of objective numbers that give you an absolute pulse on where things are.
Becoming great at solving problems throughout the company – setting them up, knocking them down and making them go away forever.
This is the secret ingredient. Systemising, identifying & documenting the core processes that define your way to run your business. Create consistency & scalability.
This means bringing discipline & accountability into the organization. Becoming great at execution, taking the vision down to the ground & making it real.
This introduces the leadership team of a company to EOS®, getting everyone on the same page so they can decide if they want to use the system and tools to strengthen their company.

The first step is to schedule an introductory phone call with Full Pocket Coaching to discuss the issues your business is facing and to see if EOS is right for you. No sales pitch, just a thoughtful conversation about your business. We call this the V/T/H Call and it generally takes between 15 to 30 minutes.
If we both determine that EOS would be a good fit for your business, the next step is to get you and your leadership team assembled for a meeting with Full Pocket Coaching to discuss EOS in more specific detail. This is a free session to further explore EOS and make sure your team is ready to get on-board. Regardless of that decision, you will leave the meeting with at least 2 custom actionable items to implement.
Once your leadership team is onboard, the next step is to kick off the journey that will teach your business the tools it needs to achieve vision, gain traction, and get healthy. This full day session (either in-person or virtual) sets the foundation for future Vision Building sessions and Quarterly Pulse Meetings. Full Pocket Coaching will teach, coach, and facilitate your business through the entire process of implementing EOS.

EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System which is a business operating system that allows you to grow and scale your business.
Nothing changes in the EOS process and virtual teams or teams not comfortable meeting in person, most recently because of the Covid pandemic, simply moved their sessions to a completely virtual experience. Full Pocket Coaching has a virtual studio that Marni uses for those sessions and expects no change in value for clients or the results generated. In fact the average session rating given by teams across the EOS community does not change when moving from physical to virtual sessions.
EOS is simple, but not easy. The tools are simple and practical, but change is hard and often requires outside perspective and energy to accomplish. EOS Implementers are EOS experts who obsess about helping you and your team:
A typical engagement with a EOS Implementer is 18 to 24 months and varies from client to client. We typically meet 10+/- times over that period of time. The goal of an EOS engagement is get the team 80+% strong in all Six Key Components of the EOS Model. When your team achieves to 80+% strength in all Six Key Components and wants to graduate I consider it a time for celebration.
