EOS Implementer
90 Minute Meeting- a complimentary life-changing 90-minute meeting with you and your leadership team to evaluate whether the Entrepreneurial Operating System is for you. We will share with you about EOS Worldwide and Full Pocket Coaching, we’ll get to know you (where you’ve been, where you are now and where you’d like to go as an organization.) We will then deliver a high-level overview of the EOS model, showing how EOS Tools strengthen all Six Key Components of your business and we’ll present the EOS Process.
EOS Implementation – Our typical engagement with clients is 18 to 24 months and varies from client to client. We typically meet 10+/- times over that period of time. The goal of an EOS engagement is to get the team 80+% strong in all Six Key Components of the EOS Model. When your team achieves 80+% strength in all Six Key Components and wants to graduate we consider it a time for celebration.
